The Feminist Collective of the Graduate Institute gladly announces the kickoff to a new semester. The International Women’s Day on March 8 is fast approaching, and the student initiative would like to invite the IHEID community to the events that will happen over the next few days.
- Friday, March 6 at 10:30am. The collective will be meeting in front of the Institute (between Petal 1 and 2) to welcome a weekend full of activities throughout Geneva.
- Sunday, March 8. Join other women* who will be on strike at La grève féministe taking place at Place des Grottes. Don’t forget your purple handkerchief! The Grève des femmes, grève féministe – Genève and the Collectif 8 Mars pour un Féminisme Révolutionnaire have both organised several events. - Thursday, March 12 at 6pm (room S4). The collective is meeting for the first time of the semester, where it will decide about formal roles and finalise the agenda for the Spring semester. Everyone is invited to come along with lots of ideas!
