Contact and Submissions

The Graduate Press is always on the lookout for new voices from the IHEID community. Members of the IHEID community include students, faculty, exchange students, alumni, and students of programs connected to IHEID. As the independent student-led publication of the Graduate Institute, most of the articles published on our website are submissions come from the student body and larger institute community. If you have an opinion piece, feature article, poetry, stories, photo galleries, artworks, or anything else you want to publish on our platform, feel free to send them to us, and support TGP at the Institute.

Submissions Guidelines

All written submissions should aim to be 500 to 800 words. If you wish to submit an article beyond the given limit, do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your piece further. For photo essays, artworks, and videos, please include a brief explanation of your work.

All submissions should be in Google Doc format and sent to gisa.thegraduate@graduateinstitute.ch.

In the document, please include your name, any relevant hyperlinks, as well as any associated images.

Once we have received your piece we will get back to you as soon as possible with feedback. We will also invite you to join our writers pool for fortnightly meetings and other opportunities.

For more information about the submission process, please visit our Guidelines on Submissions, Image and Video Guidelines, and Anonymity.
